SBA Office Renovations

The Patrick V. McNamara Federal Building was built in 1976 and underwent major renovations from 2010-2014. This project is comprised of Small Business Administration (SBA) office space within the existing spaces on two floors.  It includes an open office, private offices, break room, conference space, training room, secure storage, and information technology rooms. Forbes worked with the local office as well as the head office in Washington to select finishes to satisfy both.  The acoustics were highly considered in the design.
