Asbestos Abatement

The project is to abate the existing asbestos spray-on fireproofing on the West half of the 7th floor.  Demolition operations were required to access the underside of the roof deck, including existing acoustic and gypsum board ceilings, light fixtures, HVAC diffusers/grilles, and ductwork.  The project also included the replacement of new spray-on fireproofing, 2’x2’ acoustic ceilings, gypsum board ceilings, light fixtures, ductwork and HVAC grilles/diffusers.
